Day 6 - Divorced with Ciggar

Salam 6 Ramadhan....



As ya'alls know... gua kan nak kasik cerai sama itu asap.
so dah 5 hari la gua cerai dengan talak berapa gua tak sure...
Alhamdulillah... gua rasa gua boleh continue ajer aktiviti gua macam biasa
dibantu dengan bulan Ramadhan nan mulia ni...
tapi malam2 sebelum tido ade jugak la kan tergila talak sekejap sekejap...
gewe (kekasih) hati gua kata ... " baik ingat kat i "
kat u memang i ingat sokmo ... jawapannya.

Jiwa kena kental babe....
so for now ape yang gua buat untuk mengentalkan lagi jiwa gua...
gua tukar rutin gua... kira advantage la kan bulan ramadhan coz memang rutin kita akan automatisnya berubah kan? kan? kan? hehehe...
and kalau boleh gua tak nak hangout ngn kawan2 gua ....
bukan menyombong... tapi itulah kekdahnya ....
for now kena meluangkan masa gua ngan awek gua terchintaa aje la...
lagi syok what .... hihihihhihi

ok gua review apa yang gua rasa so far ek...
yang paling payah nak handle time 2 hari pertama nak tinggal...
masuk hari ke 3 dah boleh rilek sket .....
now dah hari ke 5 ekcelli tak rasa apa dah ....
tak dak selera dah kut... Insyaallah...

kat bawah ni gua share sket apa yang berubah kat badan kita bila kita bercerai dengan asap.

Lung function improves by 5 per cent.

After 1 year

The risk of developing cardiovascular disease is halved.

After 2 to 3 years

The risk of developing severe pneumonia or flu is the same as for a non-smoker. Your risk of heart disease, angina (chest pains) and stroke continues to fall.

After 5 years

The risk of throat, oesophageal and bladder cancer is halved.

After 5 to 10 years

The risk of developing cardiovascular disease or thrombosis (blood clots) is the same as for a non-smoker.

After 10 years

The risk of lung cancer is halved. The risk of developing osteoporosis decreases.

After 15 to 20 years

The risk of lung, throat, oesophageal or bladder cancer is the same as for a non-smoker. But heavy smokers (20 a day) have double the risk of lung cancer for the rest of their lives.

Gua kat tahap 5-7 hariso harap nafas gua lagi fresh , selera makan gua bertambah and gua makin kuat perkasa la kan......

so far so good ....
nanti gua kasik hapdet lagi pasal bercerai dengan rokok

Aaa..chepi..chepi buat diary pasal usaha chepi jatuh talak ngan asap pun..ok jugak. Tulis kat sini. Takyah tiap2 hari, sminggu skali pun ok.

Tulis perkembangan. Rasa, skit sbnyk dpt motivate chepi kan, bila dpt lepas stiap level tu.

Baru ni lana baca sbuah blog, dia dah berjaya tinggalkan habit ni, n dia start since ramadhan last year, so masuk tahun ni, setahun dah.. :)

Oh ya chepi, lana rasa chepi boleh buat. Chepi boleh turunkan berat badan dlm kuantiti banyak, now, cabar diri untuk bercerai ngan asap plak :)
